because hot guys will want to date hot girls but unattractive guys want to get above their stead and shun the unattractive girls

these people have to understand that they are really better off than some others (cough) and those compliments that they take for granted are what some others treat like precious jewels. and that all those things that you think are part of the "natural course of things" are maybe ... you know ... hard to come by in other people's lives, have you ever considered that? i thought not.

maybe you're just ignorant. after all, bias is an intrinsic part of human nature . . . riiiiight. because y'all are too dumb, with your higher-than-higher-than-average intelligence, to overcome your primal impulses. yup i totally get that.

can you just spare a thought for our feelings? what with your making assumptions about treasures from our wildest fantasies and the virginal surprise that melts your face into grotesque, painful patterns when you hear of our misfortunes -- it's no wonder that we look away, blinking away tears, for fear of breaking down and lashing out.
